We take pride in offering high quality prints that are Giclée certified and each framed item is meticulously made to order. At Still Sanctuary, we work with a trusted third-party to help fulfill and deliver orders directly to you. Therefore, we are unfortunately unable to accommodate any returns or exchanges.

If your piece arrives damaged or defective, please contact our team within 10 days of receiving your order to initiate a possible replacement. We are committed to addressing this issue promptly, as your satisfaction is our top priority. Kindly include a detailed description of the issue in your email, as well as pictures of the damaged item and shipping box directed to info@thestillsanctuary.com. 

Please note this process is a case-by-case basis and that we will do everything we can to resolve this issue.
